• I concentrate on giving my clients the best service they could ever get in real estate. This is probably why I get so many return clients and referrals. For example, when I list a property, I not only do all the marketing, but I also try to sell it. Some will move on to spending most of their time on getting the next listing. I spend most of my time on getting my current listings sold. I also enjoy working with Buyers and it is really satisfying to find them that perfect home. I am relentless in looking for my clients. I know the neighborhoods and look at the whole picture for you.
• I am personable, easy to work with, and seem to be able to talk with anyone. My degree in accounting makes it easy for me to do the numbers and business side of real estate.
• I live on Lake Samish, South of Bellingham, and have listed and sold waterfront there as well as Lake Whatcom. However, I do a lot of business in Bellingham, Ferndale, Birch Bay, Everson, and other words, all over Whatcm County.
